| DEPENDABLE CLEANERS HIRES ROBERT MCLAUGHLIN AS GENERAL MANAGER Management experience will further enhance company’s reputation for providing prestigious service Quincy , MA (December 20, 2006) – Christa Hagearty, President of Dependable Cleaners, is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert (Rob) McLaughlin as General Manager, a newly created position for the company. As General Manager, McLaughlin will be responsible for overseeing performance standards for all levels of operations throughout Dependable Cleaners’17 store locations. He will also manage all operational financial functions and develop systems that result in a more efficient business model. Previously, McLaughlin spent six years as General Manager for Iron Mountain in Burlington, Mass., where he was responsible for the New England Data Protection Operation. Prior to this, McLaughlin served as Distribution Manager for Coca Cola Enterprises in Needham, Mass., where he was responsible for the distribution and merchandising throughout Eastern Massachusetts. His decision to join Dependable Cleaners was based on the company’s reputation for providing exceptional service. “The Dependable team has passion for the industry and a drive to achieve their goals,” McLaughlin said. “I was impressed and immediately wanted to become a member of the team.” “Rob’s managerial and operations experience make him the ideal person for this position,” Hagearty said. “His in-depth knowledge and experience in ensuring high quality service through effective operations will be a benefit to both our staff and our customers. He resides in Burlington, Mass., with his wife, Kimberlee, and their one-year-old daughter, Mercedes.
