As part of our 2012 "Read to Ride" summer reading program we will host several Story Time events. Each Story Time event will be hosted at a local book store and will feature a children's book author. Parents and children of all ages are encouraged to attend to meet the authors and share in the love of reading.

Brian Lies

NY Times Bestselling author & illustrator Brian Lies, NY Times bestselling author and illustrator will be the feature author for our first "Story Time With The Author" event. Brian Lies work includes his best selling bat series, Bats at the Beach , Bats at the Library, and Bats at the Ballgame. Brian also does illustrations for the children's magazines Spider, Ladybug, and Babybug.
