Rodrigo De Almeida - Plant Manager, Dorchester, Mass.
Rodrigo has been part of the Dependable Cleaners family for more than three years. Originally in the U.S. to study English as a second language, his friend, Ronald Filho, Quincy Plant Manager, introduced him to Dependable Cleaners. As a result, Rodrigo began working as a Customer Service Associate on September 18, 2001. He decided to stay in the country and work for Dependable, explaining, "Dependable is like my second family. The people here gave me the opportunity to work and start a new life with my family."
As a result of Rodrigo's efforts and dedication, he has had a successful career with Dependable. Through the years, Rodrigo has worked his way through the ranks to hold the titles of: Assistant Manager, Store Manager, Package Plant Manager, and now Plant Manager. Rodrigo is a shining example of the opportunities Dependable Cleaners provides its employees. "Dependable Cleaners changed the direction of my life," Rodrigo said.
Rodrigo earned a degree in Business Administration from Cándido Mendes University in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He now lives in Quincy with his wife, Rafaella, who is also a Manager for Dependable Cleaners. In his free time, he enjoys jogging, reading, and traveling to historic sites.
