The pouch includes a garment checklist and an area to include any special instructions for garment care. Once you give us your instructions for general care, we will enter it in our database, so we always know how you want your garments cleaned. This pouch will then only be needed for any future “special” care instructions.
No-Hassle Payments: There is no wait to pay and no fee for delivery. We will automatically charge your credit card for your cleaning.

A. No. You pay our prices listed at the store that services your garments. There are no additional fees.

Q. Where do you pick up and drop off my clothes?
A. You choose the place at your home where you'd like our drivers to pick up and drop off your clothes. Please remember, it's best if you choose a weather-sheltered location.

Q. What type of bag should I put my clothes in for pick-up?
A. As part of our personalized service, we will provide you with a sturdy Dependable Cleaners Home Delivery Service Tote Bag at no charge. If you do not have a Dependable Cleaners Home Delivery Service Tote Bag, just leave your dry cleaning in a plastic bag in your usual drop off location. Please be sure to mark "Dry Cleaning for Dependable Cleaners" on the bag in large letters. Q. Do I have to be there when the drop-off or pick-up is made?

Q. How can I be sure I get all my garments back?
A. Your garment care instruction pouch contains a carbon copy garment checklist. Simply check off what’s in the bag and keep a copy for your records. If there is any discrepancy between what you have checked off and what’s in the bag, we will immediately contact you.

Q. How do I change my personal information and/or preferences?
A. Simply call your Personal Account Representative at the designated store or contact our Customer Care Center by e-mailing customerservice@dependablecleaners.com or call 800-572-4068.

Q. What do I do if I have a problem with my order after I get my clothes back?
A. You can call your Personal Account Representative at the designated number within 14 days, contact our Customer Care Department by calling 800-572-4068 or e-mail customerservice@dependablecleaners.com. Please include your name and address in your message.
