Our personalized service allows you to choose a schedule that works best for you! As a Dependable Cleaners Home Delivery Service customer, you will be able to create a customized program that works best with your busy schedule. Our personalized service includes:
  • The Dependable Cleaners Home Delivery Tote Bag: When you sign up for Dependable Cleaners Home Delivery Service, we will give you a sturdy tote bag for your dirty garments. Your driver will leave one for you each time he/she picks up your clothes.

  • Custom Delivery Locations: You tell us where to pick up and deliver your clothes, whether it’s in your breezeway, the garage or with the concierge. Remember, it's best if you choose a weather-sheltered location.

  • Personalized Care Instructions: Each tote bag comes with a care instruction pouch and your Personal Account Representative’s business card. The pouch includes a garment checklist and an area to include any special instructions for garment care. Once you give us your instructions for general care, we will enter it in our database, so we always know how you want your garments cleaned. This pouch will then only be needed for any future “special” care instructions.

  • No-Hassle Payments: There is no wait to pay and no fee for delivery. We will automatically charge your credit card for your cleaning.

  • Free Delivery – No Minimum Orders: If Dependable Cleaners Home Delivery services your area, we will happily come to your home, no matter how small your order. We do not require a minimum price for our delivery service. Call 800-572-4068 to find out if we service your area at this time.

  • Delivering to More Than a Dozen Towns: Belmont, Braintree, Brookline, Cambridge, Canton, Cohasset, Dorchester, Dover, Hanover, Hingham, Lexington, Marshfield, Milton, Newton, Norwell, Norwood, Pembroke, Quincy, Watertown, Wellesley, Westwood and Weymouth.

All of our home delivery customers automatically receive all of the same privileges as our VIP Express customers. Your home delivery bag care instruction pouch will also contain a VIP Frequency Card* that we'll stamp for very $15 you spend, per service. Once the card is filled, you get 50% off your next incoming order!
